Bugs can be very bothersome. There’s no argument against it. They can infest, get into everything, and ruin food. But, which ones are the best? Which ones are the worst? Would you listen to a poor student’s opinion on this?
You will? Great! (TV-Y7 smile)
Now, let us begin, from best to worst.
S Tier: Jumping Spiders

Plenty of spiders are annoying, yes, but there are gems in the rough. Jumping spiders <3
They don’t leave as many cobwebs behind them, and they still catch flies. They will wave at you sometimes, and have been known to enjoy human company. Peak creature. Love. Protect. Friend. Fuzz.
A Tier: Other spiders

Sure, they catch flies, but they leave behind this awful mess. They don’t even eat all their food before they die! If webs disintegrated by themselves after a few months, I would be fine with them, but they don’t. Ugh. Some of them look really cool, so, A tier, sure, but it’s an A-.
B tier: Flies

We’ve all seen ’em, we all hate ’em. Fruit flies. Gnats. Horseflies. These bump spiders up a tier, because spiders eat them. Down with flies. The one plus, is that they have neat eyes.

Nasty creatures. I’ve only had a few enter my sight, but imagine stumbling upon an infestation of these wrigglers. Pass, please. They got added as an enemy to Minecraft so we would know to hate them.
D Tier: Wasps

Aye-aye-aye, these little buggers HURT to agitate! If one ever flies past you, you just gotta hold still and pray it doesn’t spontaneously hate you, because they can bite. It’s horrible. They can be cute, but they are jerks. Absolute D tier.
F Tier: Ladybugs

They know how they have wronged me.
That is all from me. Do me a favor and spare the next jumping spider you see in favor of smiting a ladybug. Thank you, and good night.
